I am writing to those of you that are looking for a great real estate team to help you sell your house or buy a new one. Like me, you have probably done extensive research in the Las Vegas area to find an agent and team that can get the job done. In my research, I checked with numerous sources including friends, coworkers, and the internet. Once I had the field narrowed down to four or five, I started the interview process. During the interview process I asked a lot of the standard questions: What is your commission? How long is the term of my commitment to use your services? What sales channels do you use to advertise my house? and several others.
