Mountain Trails is a 24-hour, guard-gated community in The Trails Village, a part of the brilliant conception of the renowned Howard Hughes, Summerlin.  This tranquil neighborhood is home to only 103 custom luxury residences, each on lots that are ½ acre or more, sitting on quiet streets that enjoy a sense of peaceful seclusion.  Residents not only enjoy a nearby neighborhood park, but some even have direct access through convenient, private gates to the scenic Trails Park,  offering 27 acres of preserved, natural recreational amenities, such as walking and biking trails, softball and baseball fields and open areas for picnics and gatherings.  For the more adventurous, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is a short drive away.  Of course, World-class entertainment and shopping are to be easily had in the Las Vegas Valley, but for shopping closer to home, The Trails Village Center, a neighborhood shopping center, is a popular gathering place, as well.  Home Owners Association fees are $497 monthly, including the master plan fee.
