Seven Hills, in Henderson, is built on the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range, and Views of the Las Vegas strip, as well as the surrounding valley and mountains are abundant from this 1,300 acre community, planned by Del Web Corporation.  Named for the seven hills Rome was built on, this sprawling master planned resort-style golf-community is considered so beautiful it was chosen as the setting for The Street of Dreams home tour, two years in a row. Neighborhoods reflect Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic themes.  There are recreation centers, 22 acres of parks and playgrounds, walking paths and trails, as well as beautifully maintained greenbelts, all of which contribute to the open, expansive feel of this community… and there is a beautiful golf course that is laid out on the hillside, Rio Secco.

Rio Secco Golf Course is an award winning, 18-hole championship course, designed by Rees Jones and home to the number-one golf instructor in the World, Butch Harmon.  Among its many awards, it was named by Golf Digest, one of “America’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses” and voted the No.1 public access course in Nevada, by the Las Vegas PGA membership poll.  The 30,000 sq. ft., European-themed clubhouse offers tennis and basketball courts, a full restaurant and bar with six plasma televisions, and an outdoor special events and catering area.

Within Seven Hills are a number of distinct gated communities, but there are also exclusive, priceless jewels nestled in this treasure chest, known as Seven Hills.  They are small guard-gated enclaves of custom neighborhoods with sumptuous mansions, called The Estates at Seven Hills, and it was The Estates that hosted The Street of Dreams.

Rapallo, is a guard-gated community of homes that are single-story, two-story or tri-level, ranging from approximately 4,000 sq ft, to over 9,000 sq. ft.  Venezia, also guard-gated, is a community of luxurious and spacious custom homes, some offering dual master suites, a pool and spa.  Terracina, is a guard-gated, custom luxury home neighborhood, where the lots are typically ¼ to ½ acre, and the elegant, estate style homes are a variety of sizes.  The amenities found in the beautiful custom homes of Terracina also vary, and just as in Rapallo, many have spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course.  Residents in all three of these luxurious, elite enclaves also enjoy spectacular glittering views of the city.
